If that wasn’t enough, it is estimated that only 30% of those studies were designed to determine a conclusive result! As a busy teacher, it’s hard to keep up with what is hype vs. healing.
This workshop is designed to cover the latest scientific developments on the benefits of yoga, meditation, and exercise, and learnings from neuropsychology on creating a fulfilling life. This is not your 9th grade biology lecture. We’ll present the information in an easily digestible format.
Skip reading 20 books or thousands of scientific studies and get to the heart of what matters. You’ll walk away knowing how to find trustworthy information, scientific nuggets of wisdom you can use with your own students, and additional resources if you want to dig deeper.
