The Workshop

Learn what science has revealed about the incredible power of creative thinking. Whether you’re a graphic designer, teacher, or engineer, creative thinking is a key component to success.  You’ll learn the traits of innovative thinkers and how to further develop those skills. Discover how to come up with new solutions and move past creative blocks. This workshop combines the power of shared experience, movement, and meditation.

We're fortunate to host this workshop in the beautifully renovated Piano Craft Gallery in Boston.  You'll be inspired by Lea Baecksteiner's collection "Current Moods." Say something else about that here....

Go home feeling inspired and energized to be your most creative self.

This workshop includes a full Vinyasa practice, meditation, and creative play.
